There will be a Celtic Art Exhibit at the Cortland Free Library at 32 Church Steet in Cortland. Artist Aksel Sand Pederson's watercolor exhibit is at the Library's Art Gallery during the entire month of August. The exhibit entitled "Lost Innocence" features scenes from the artist's recent trip to the Emerald Isle.
